Registration starts at noon on Wednesday, September 23, and the general conference event begins with an opening reception at 6 p.m. that evening. The morning sessions begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, and conclude Saturday, September 26, in the early afternoon.
There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a taxi, Uber or other ride-sharing service.
Registration opens in mid-May, with early bird pricing ending on July 17, 2026.
You may cancel your registration and E3n will provide a refund of 90% of the registration fee, less a 10% administrative processing fee, if you send a written request to E3n via email to jdavis@e3n.org prior to August 1, 2026. You may not cancel your registration or request a refund after August 1, 2026.
You are also solely responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations (including any associated cancellation charges).
Corporate casual attire is appropriate with some attendees dressing slightly more formally for receptions.

Our first conference with our new name and our company's 69th annual conference will be held in San Diego, California, at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Pre-conference workshops and institutes are held Tuesday, September 22, and Wednesday, September 23, with the general conference running Thursday, September 24, and Friday, September 25. This year, you can expect special programming on Saturday, September 26!
